Over the past few years of my practical experienced in and out of the teachers relation with others; negative had taken larger place than unity. Instead of going through the syllabus and progressive of the students- it ends up with querrel and protest. Some has problems with another Teachers, favour system, particular rules and such. Sometime I myself asked and try to find the way out how to overcome from this clutches! I pointed those incidents were lack of coordination, mismanagement and self interest. There is no grievance redressal as a whole. I'll try to avoid such things not to happen again when I am to be a administer. I will give no rooms for self rule, majority ideas, anti caste , tribes and cultural different. Rather promoting social integration, peace and spread brotherhood among the staffs.
