If the hope of today school is a futile, what will be the hope our tomorrow"?

       School is the main institution which almost everyone lays foundation for their states, country as a whole. The democratic countries mostly function through its education implemented in the schools or universities. See our political situation in India and the so called democracy, justice has been ignored and people has been in agony with rape, racism, communalism and unequal status quo! People seeks self interest, profit and benifits for a particular clan or community even in the institution which we hope for tomorrow. I personally have been experienced since 2010 when I first adopted Teaching as my career in the schools and colleges. Instead of giving quality education and valuable advices, I saw humiliation, treated indifferently those who are weaker in the community socially and educationally. There is war of words between workers, staffs, administration head and even amöng students in various schools. Most of the institution are paralysed with unwanted circumstances. In a small town where I and my Mrs. work as an English Teacher sometimes 2012, both of us were treated indifferently. We were warned if we're 5 minutes late for school whearas no notice to his own clan our colleque who was absent for a month or two without information. Students were hampered and wondering in their studies due to them,but I got the blame as he cast upon. We shout for justice and equal treatment to all staffs, but no heed of such demand. Students were credited according to teachers observation not according to their perfomance which I strongly opposed it. I felt pity for students who studied under such circumstances.
