Why I chose Teaching as my Career

Why I choose TEACHING as my CAREER Since my childhood, my mom told me that she dedicated me to become 'one of a pillar in the Church'. I did the same by myself approve for god shamelessly. I never waste precious opportunity in the church as opportunity rarely comes. In 2003, I did study C.Th and in 2004 I went to Kochi and completed my B.Th in January 29, 2007. I thought myself to be a Pastor but I was not ready for Missionary. Later I changed my mind and tried to be IEM missionary, but that also in vain. I did appeared twice or thrice to be a church worker that too also not success. In the midst of 2010, I was called to be an INSTRUCTOR of Spoken Englísh in West Siang here I destined Teaching Job as my profession or career. I made many good friends and they did help me alot. In 2012 January, I joint ITBP Public School as an English Teacher for my first time for the School. It was sweet and bitter as I was new to the field of Teaching. I did my level best and I was appointed as Computer Teacher too. The newly appointed Principal Vijay Kumar and Vice Anil Kumar admired me and encouraged me to work the next year too. I did recieved an invitation to be an Englìsh Teacher in a remote area in East Siang where I serve as an English Teacher till today. I found Teaching jobs as a challenging and live shape-up jobs where I destined to be a Teacher. I have adream, that may accomplish sooner or later.

The time you born

A repursive response during depress ' No room for you' I feel it is a terror and the horror which I have nothing to do it. As I have stated in previous article , " April month and its important for me" , April month has been one of the saddest and happiest month as many events happened on this month as far as my family concern. Fifteenth of April two thousand fourteenth, I , My Mrs and two of our Kins went to Pasighat for delivery and hoped to accomodate in either two of her relatives. We were refused to accomodate whearas spacious if they wish to do so. " Room is too small to accomodate you" answered the relatives. I was like a thunder strucked and no immediate words to say to them. Then we moved next to relatives home which is 4/5 kms distance away from hospital. There the same responsed we got and we were stunned and how to move next. We share our desired to a relative to admit without emergency, she said that it would not be possible but we had no option but persuade doctor to admit us. She tried it twice and thrice but seem to be impossible. I told my Mrs. to dress in most smart as she could and I with my only Coat. It was holiday said by our relative as Hanuman Jayanti, we told them as we will have an evening walk. I had greeted casualty doctor politely and narrated our condition than the nurse admitted us and a bit relieve for a night if not we would have slept in the street. Ön the next day the Ultra-sound doctor told an estimate time May 17 morethan one months beyond our expectation. The doctor told to the nurse they can be discharge but Nurse pity us and not informed to us which I came to know on the next day after I informed them a rest is needed . We informed the church members and friends the news and they were temporarily arranged a rent in Yebgo at Pasighat near ABU Central Church . The home is belongs to Mr. Tapir Dai and Mrs. Yagup Dai who is UDC in Education Department. A final year B.A and Nurse Miss. Okiam Taki , who resided there inn consent to use all her belonging freely including a rent free. We thank her generouse and kind understanding to us. A relative of us said house small as exam going on but a non relative stayed in others home to accomodate us. This is really God's help that comes in time of real need.

Re-collecting early childhood Life

Childhood Memoirs | by Liankhankhup Sektak Much of the memorable events of my childhood were absent as their were no inscription. But I could tell the major events today that happened in governing my family before I was formed from womb which my mother told me when I was nine or Ten. My mom, who narrated those events and incidents still alive as of writing this article but my father was no more... My parent were once lived in Sinzang Village next to Pamzal near Kaihlam. Most of my brothers and Sister were borne here and lived below poverty line. As my parent were struggled with daily bread, no son nor daughter were given education. Most probabely, education was not valued nor esteemed by the people as a whole. My father was a load carrier on demand as he could carried morethan his weight. My families were survived there by Maize, pumkin, yam, sweet potatoes and sometime rice and Maize flour. One fine day, there were no stocked of food in my family. All my brothers were still young, my mother was waiting my father who went to the forest in hope to get wild YAM. He didnt returned even in the early hours of evening. My mom was in tense and helpless as all my brothers and sister were cried in Hungry. My mom was helpless and couldnt see the hungry children and went outside the village wait for my father to come back from the forest. A man carrying many things was approaching her and she thought that he was my dad and scolded him while distance, " Children were crying in hungry, why didnt you returned early". Unfortunately, that man was not my father and both of them laugh at each other. Around 1970s at the same village, one of my brother Mr. Paubawi was severely sick and as a child he couldnt eat wild Yam. My mom went to the neighbours and relatives in search of rice, nobody were willing to share rice to my pity mam who worn savy dress with flying hair. With painful tears, she bade farewel to her lovely son Late Mr. Paubawi as he died of hunger. In 1980s, in search of better living, my families were migrated to Tonglon, 30 kms far from Lamka. Chief of Tonglon Pu. Pumzakham, brother of Pu. Gouchinkhup was such a good man who had guide, care and helped my family atleast to live in a normal living. Some of my brothers were grown-up here to assist them that my mam described as a bit "RELAX". Even in Tonglon, the entire village were starved and famine hit the entire community as government isolated them. My grandfather Late Mr. Zamgou and his wife Late Mrs. Songkhoniang had passed away before I could recognized their images. On July 27, 1983, God allowed me see the light of this world then my brother Max. " You were such a handsome baby but now you had lost your childhood handsome", said my mother after completion of my degree. I did enjoy my early childhood and went to school without pen (khekol) with no shoe. My leg was as black as coal, remarked my early School Teacher Late Mr. Kamkhanthang Tonsing, Mr. Shingkhum and Mrs. Niangkhanngai. A photo of me and my brother max said to be photographed in 1989 was the only photo which I could preserve till today. A word said by me to my mam before she went to field , "NU, NALOU KUANCHIANG IN, THENGTHE HONPUAK AW" and she brought many for me. "Word cant describe how happy I was", as my heart content with a cheap demand. I cooked food, mopped home, carrying water, collecting firewood and traditional grinding rice were my basic daily routine. I was interest and talented in study as far as I knew. But, I was a boy who didnt believe whether right or wrong instructed by other than my Teachers". When I studied fourth Standard at J.B School, Tonglon, I carried my eldest brother daughter Chinglunkim in the classroom. The teacher told me to sit and write my lessons but she prevent me from sitting. The teacher punished me for bringing baby in the classroom and she afraid his shouting and cried. Having refused permission to go out as the child being cried , I had no option and cried with my daughter. It was shame in front of other without wearing any pen in the school and I had requested my brothers to get pen for school. He answered, " I did not wear any shirt nor pen after crossing ten years", . If I am a good artist, I would have drawn my childhood photo and have a good laugh today". I was taught Bible stories by my parent, prayers, sent to Sunday School, sent to attend Children Conference which we describe in own vernacular "Tonglon Täng Naupang Khawmpi", Crusade all those laid my future foundation. I didnt remember the exact date and time but there was a weeklong crusade in my school especially for Children. My friends were cried out as the Evangelist Mr. Thawnkhansuan cheered us to cried before the Lord and Confess Sins. I did confess my sins before the Lord but there was no tears for me while being pretended to be cry. I applied saliva in my eyes as he was closely looking at us whether we were crying or praying. In the night, the Pastor Late Mr. Thualkhothang gave us baptism and declared we were born again". Later my mind was disturbed with "what really born again is?" . On october 30, 1999, Mrs. Hauniang FMPB detailed out all the works and love of Jesus to us and there I personally recieving Jesus my Lord and Savior. Word cant describe how a pleasant moment the early childhood was, sometimes I wish if I could recall those memories. But it will never come again in my life. Today I learnt from the Lord how to be happy as I am. Read more at http://khuppaite.blogspot.com or http://liankhankhup.blogspot.com

My childhood Memory with my father

Eventhough he might not brilliant and literate, my father was the greatest Teacher, philosopher for me in this world. I still remember a story taught by him when I was five or more "The Armies of Krukman" . I was in a deep sleep in the midst of the Story in the bed time. He always advice me to help and love one another. My father told me much things the grievances, probelems, oppose and troubles faced by him from families and others . My father used to tune ," If I were rich, I could have many brothers and Sisters and friends". He told me that while he was living in Sinzang, he got no single money while working in Apple Farm and Road constructions. I did even see nor live in the so called Sinzang and less aware of it; as Unborn Child. One day, he was visting Kaihlam or Tongkhozou in search of food for my brothers and family, they were failed to find who could host and gave shelter a night. Even after asking the entire village twice, nobody were ready for hospitality. Forcefully they accomodate even twice their luggage had kept away to prevent entry. Football was the most well-known and favourite game, every villages considered winning the match was victory against other village; they determine their heart elation must win the match. There was no rules and regulation in the ground , they played and fight that resulted no to my father's teeth. My father was as strong as Samson and he could carry morethan his weiht. He works a lot and too in eating. I recollect the Chilli eaten by him as that of food. One day , I and my father went to the thick forest to hunt, I shot a bullet to the wild boar and how happy we were to come back with the first and last animal shot by me in my lifetime. He was known as ' Tonglawn Samat Siam' and fame for the technic he used in "Sakhi Thäng Kam". I could not always reside at home as study and work compulsion me to stay away morethan seven years [2004-2010]. I never thought that my father would leave us soon. I thought I would show my wife and spent happiest moment. I did my level best to saved him but my absence the time he was in the hospital Unfortunate. Now the giver of soul has taken away in fifteenth of April 2012. It silence silence. Still I Love You Papa. Copyright © khuppaite.blogspot.com | 2009-2013 | All Right Reserve

I choose Teacher as my Profession

Over the past four years or more, I have been dealing various students and classes in schools and home. I appreciate those parents who loves education for their childrens and spend their hard earned money for education. Serving as a TUTOR or TEACHER, I admitted that it's a Challenging Job. I'll help, I'll learnt, I'll teach as my life goes on. I was in an opinion that whether I would be a PREACHER or PASTOR, today I realize that God destined me for a Teacher since 2010 which came into affect" . In 2010 I was serving in Kindergarten School, in 2011 as Spoken English Teacher and 2012 as Secondary Teacher and today Primary Teacher in East. I and my Mrs as a Teacher, we have decided to avoid any dialects other than English at home as to to promote and accelerate 'Career in English'. I concluded that I'm not wrong in taking such decision rather it helps me to improve one's language skills. Sometimes a students' of me told me that they're lucky enough to get a tutor like me but some others never spoke in this regard. Occasionally I told them that ' I myself support my education' and encouraged them through the hardship faced by me and how I overcome; so that they'd learn a new lesson on 'SELF SUPPORT' . Once or twice I have seen a students' of me tears rolling down when I lecture their English subject in 2012. Tuition means 'simply wasting money' ", lamented Mary; a student of class XII from a Govt. Aided School. In fact, it's expensive as far as money is concerned. I was in an opinion that I would not be able to afford 1500. INR per subject as a student's has morethan five or more. Nearly 10000 INR monthly with $500. USD yearly expenditure per student is a huge amount. Due to the lack of exercise and negligence Teachers in the Govt. Sectors, economically backward parent as of mine, situation compelled us to cease education as a whole. We need a new Society, new thinking, new Ideas and New technology which would have served for the profit of Common People. We need a new Corruption Free Democracy but it'll end-up with a Dream! But still I'm expecting that one day we may land in that destination. As of now, parents has to think the career for our children and support them, lend for them as they're the future of World's tomorrow! Yours today sweat will make you smile tomorrow. Remember that you're on the race and nev'r stop even the Ups and Downs rock thy ways. Arise! Stop not till the goal is reach! Copyright © khuppaite.blogspot.com 2006-2013 | All Right Reserve

Inter-culture Marriage may create HAVOC in Marital Life

As of world these days is concern, young men and women got married in their early age 10-12 even before their period begins! In one hand its shameful and another hand joyfull. Whatsoever happened,' marriages are made in Heaven'. In November 2010, I got married to an Arunachale from Galo community in West Siang District. She's a good girl as well her families. But due to cultural difference, many unpleasant remarks has been eventually rock my ways. I have to maintain my custom as well as other custom and tradition too. Its complicated. But some are understanding by maintaining silent about their tradition or custom but I myself feel silent is not just the solution. In other hands , could not communicate lead us to destruction in relationship. They can't love as much as they're suppose to. Therefore, people like me in dilema and confuse that effect marital life. Sometime I thought of divorce my mrs. in ground of unmatch thinking and culture. Both side of our family need support but I myself couldnot stand myself and need helps from them. There's load of misunderstand does exist. No matter, but if I am really in need and in point of to depend on them; will they show me parental loves or ignor and take chance to speak against me??? That's the question.
